Our story so far..
"SIMO Education" is a result of amalgamation of many brains distributed over India, those were working independently for promotion of basic Sciences in various forms like conducting Olympiad camps, Examinations, Experimental camps etc., Now, they are all working in a common plat-form under "SIMO Education". Its activities include teacher and learner programmes, publication of teacher and learner support materials, popularisation of basic sciences and promoting public interest in their research around the globe, Asia in particular. SIMO Education ensures that the combined skills, know-how and professional capabilities of the members are utilised in a professional manner. Majority of the members are the products of esteemed Institutions like IITs, IIMs, CMI, IISc, IMSc and ISIs etc., Most of the members of the organizations are acting as resource persons. Our Motto is to nurture talent in the students and make them ready for International Olympiads. We are in the road map of planning special orientation camps (Starting from Class IX) for making them represent India at International level i.e., International Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry/Astronomy Olympiads. We have successfully completed five National level Olympiads. We are extremely happy to announce that we have identified true talent in short span of time through our Examinations and nurture camps. We wish to continue our endeavor in this year also by conducting National level Examination "SIMO Education Olympiads - 2012". We promise to continue our sincere efforts to identify the true and real talent and further nurture them to become International Olympiad Awardees. With four successful Olympiads behind, we now announce 6th SIMO Education Olympiads for Academic Year 2012-13.
